The guest rooms on the top floor are absolutely stunning! The design is so luxurious and you can even see the beautiful greenery from the balcony or the bath. It feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of Kyoto. As a nature-loving traveler, it was a dream come true.
Personally, I found the twin rooms with a tatami space to be a bit too traditional for my taste. But hey, that's just me.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kyoto that exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic. Situated on a peaceful street in a quiet neighborhood, it offered a serene atmosphere while still being conveniently located near public transport routes to major attractions. Secondly, the hotel provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including rooms with a well-equipped kitchenette where I could prepare my own meals. Lastly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was flawless.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel in Kyoto. the location was perfect - tucked away on a small quiet street, but still just a short walk to public transport and major attractions. It felt like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling city. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. They made my stay truly enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessities, including a comfortable bed for a good night's rest and tiny TVs in the tub for a relaxing showering experience. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a wonderful added bonus.
Honestly, I couldn't find any faults with this hotel. Everything was just perfect!

Great location with easy access to public transportation and local shops and restaurants. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and updated amenities. Appreciated the option to do laundry in the room.
Limited kitchen supplies and no option for breakfast on site. Although the room was spacious, it lacked storage and a place to dry clothes.

The room was absolutely amazing - super comfortable, with a small kitchen and a washing machine. They even had a baby bath for our little one! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was great that there were places to eat within a short walking distance. The location was perfect - close to a supermarket, a playground, and public transportation to get to popular attractions. The family room was awesome and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beds were comfy, the room had a traditional Japanese shower room, and the central location in Kyoto was unbeatable. They even sold daily and two day bus passes, making it convenient to explore the city. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!

The hotel's location was fantastic, being within walking distance of major attractions such as a castle and a shopping area. It was also conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate area for a small kitchen, which was a great convenience.
The lack of English channels on the TV, which made it difficult to relax in the room. Another negative aspect was the initial difficulty in finding the hotel, especially when relying on Google Maps.

We found the hotel in a charming area close to some really good shops and restaurants, perfect for exploring the surroundings. It’s also a short walk to the train station and well-connected to tourist locations. the hotel is nestled in a narrow typical Japanese street which is much more authentic, adding to the overall experience.
The lack of English instructions for the high-tech gadgets made it challenging to operate them.
